Viemos à Igreja para adorar. Ao reunir-nos para louvar e agradecer a Deus, somos lembrados de quem somos e de como somos chamados a viver, e recebemos o dom da Sua graça.

Partimos para servir. Diz-se que a parte mais importante da Santa Missa é talvez quando partimos... quando partimos nutridos pelo amor e pela graça de Deus e vivemos o mistério que celebramos.

Os nossos diversos ministérios, atividades e grupos levam a fé, a esperança e o amor ao mundo. Mantêm-nos unidos dia após dia como uma família paroquial com um chamamento comum: amar e servir em nome de Jesus.

Encorajamo-lo a conhecer os nossos grupos de ministérios: Palavra, Adoração, Comunidade e Serviço. Peça ao Espírito Santo que o guie para onde é chamado a aprofundar o dom da nossa família paroquial. Que dons, talentos, interesses, passatempos ou paixões dados por Deus o motivam? Como é que a sua fé e a sua paróquia se ligam a eles? Com a ajuda de Deus, encontre o seu caminho para onde é chamado a amar e a servir em nome de Jesus.

"Jesus disse-lhe: 'Amarás ao Senhor, teu Deus, com todo o teu coração, com toda a tua alma e com toda a tua mente. Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento. O segundo é semelhante: Amarás ao teu próximo como a ti mesmo. Destes dois mandamentos dependem toda a Lei e os Profetas.'"

Mateus 22, 37-40

"Conservemos firmemente a profissão da nossa esperança, pois aquele que fez a promessa é fiel. Estejamos atentos uns aos outros, para nos estimularmos ao amor e às boas obras, sem abandonarmos a nossa assembleia - como é costume de alguns - mas animando-nos, tanto mais quanto mais próximo vedes o Dia."

Hebrews 10:23-25

We come to Church to worship. As we gather to give praise and thanks to God, we are reminded of who we are and how we are called to live, and we receive the gift of His grace.

We depart to serve. It has been said that the most important part of Holy Mass is perhaps when we leave... when we leave nourished by God's love and grace and live the mystery we celebrated.

Our various ministries, activities, and groups bring faith, hope, and love to the world. They keep us united day in and day out as a parish family with a common call: to love and serve in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to review our groupings of ministries: Word, Worship, Community, and Service. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you to where you are called to go deeper into the gift of our parish family. What God-given gifts, talents, interests, hobbies, or passions drive you? How does your faith and parish connect to them? With God's help, find your way to where you are called to love and serve in Jesus' name.

"And he said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets.'”
